Our briquettes are made entirely from 100% natural, discarded coconut shells—a abundant agricultural byproduct that would otherwise go to waste. By utilizing this renewable resource, we help reduce landfill waste and prevent deforestation associated with traditional charcoal production.

The manufacturing process ensures a clean, consistent product:

  • Carbonization: Mature coconut shells are heated in a controlled, oxygen-limited environment (pyrolysis) to convert them into pure charcoal.

  • Grinding & Mixing: The cooled charcoal is ground into a fine powder and mixed with a natural, food-grade binder (such as tapioca starch) and water. We do not use any harmful chemicals or additives.

  • Molding & Drying: The mixture is compressed into uniform shapes (cubes, hexagons, or pillow shapes depending on your needs) and dried to eliminate moisture, ensuring durability and efficient burning.
